At St Frock, we want you to love your new outfit, which is why we offer a flexible 30-day return policy for store credit or exchange on all full-priced items. Please ensure all garments are returned in their original condition with tags attached and no signs of wear.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and have all tags attached within 30 days of the delivery date.

  Submit Online Request

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and choose your preferred resolution.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and download your shipping label from the portal; drop your package off at any Australia Post location or local carrier.

• 4.
  Processing and Credit

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 3-5 business days.
